Purpose
Endotec shall be a leader in the safe application of advanced
technology and innovation to human implants and instruments
for the implantation. The design process shall stress both
innovation and safety. Endotec shall base its designs on sound,
proven engineering and scientific principles; free from marketing
gimmicks that pander to popular but incorrect market perceptions.

Quality Policy and Objectives
Endotec Quality Policy is a Zero Defect Policy. No product
is to be made with any defect that can adversely affect function
or longevity. Endotec employees take all necessary steps to
ensure that defects are not generated in the manufacture of
the parts; that all necessary inspection of the manufactured
parts is done to validate the zero defect manufacturing process;
and that defective parts are not introduced into use.
Endotec
accepts responsibility for the complete satisfaction
of its customers. This responsibility is exercised through
adequate training of our employees, adherence to proven
procedures, total commitment to meeting and exceeding
customer requirements and to maintaining an organizational
culture that fosters continuous improvement.
