The modular humeral stem is manufactured from
Ti6Al-4V alloy, which provides superior mechanical and biological
stem compatibility over cobalt chromium alloys. Modular stem
consists of a truncated stem and a female taper for the addition
of extensions in various diameters and lengths.
A proximal Biocoat® sintered porous coating
configuration provides more physiological loading of the humerus.
TiN coating reduces Titanium surface abrasion.
